Dr. Shirley Middleton was a Board-Certified Ophthalmologist & served the Washington, DC, community for over 40 years. After medical school, Dr.Middleton completed her residency and internship at Howard University College of Medicine. She is a member of the Medical Society of the District of Columbia. Dr. Middleton was elected several years as one of Washingtonian’s Top Doctors, & in 2015 & 2016, she received recognition by Vitals for Compassionate Doctor Recognition. She provided her patients exceptional care in treating diseases of the eyes such as glaucoma, diabetes, dry eyes, and many others.
